Coach Colin

Head Swim Coach

Hi, I’m Coach Colin! I am beyond excited to be returning for our 2026 summer season. This will be my second year as the Head Coach of the Hurricanes. I swam for Woodlake for the best part of a decade and have always enjoyed everything the team has to offer, especially fun Fridays! I am currently finishing up my associates degree and plan to begin pursuing my bachelors in the fall. I have experience coaching for multiple teams in the past, most notably head coaching for a year-around YMCA team in the tidewater area and currently am an assistant coach at SwimRVA. I am looking forward to watching all of our swimmers grow, learn, and most importantly, have a BLAST this 2026 season! Go Canes!!

Elden Sullivan

I'm a rising sophomore at Cosby High School and a dedicated year-round swimmer. I like to bring energy, encouragement, and a positive attitude to every practice. As a lifeguard, I combine responsibility with a natural ability to connect with younger athletes, helping them build confidence and improve their skills in the water. I enjoy making swimming fun and accessible for all levels, and in my free time, you can often find me fishing and enjoying the outdoors.
